Our Mission Is to Improve Your Municipality

Assessment Administration Services, L.L.C. was founded by Lisa Griffin in 2009.  After 23 years of experience at the Charter Township of Shelby, Lisa decided to branch out on her own.

Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.  She holds the Michigan Advanced Certified Assessing Officer designation from the State of Michigan as well as the Personal Property Examiner Certificate.  She has over 37 years of experience in the Assessing field.

Lisa is the past President of the Macomb Assessor’s Organization and was an Executive Board Member of the Southeastern Chapter of the Michigan Assessor’s Association.  She is also a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, the Michigan Assessor’s Association and Macomb Assessor’s Organization. 

William Griffin is co-owner of Assessment Administration Services.  Bill has over 40 years of experience in the Assessing field.  He holds the Michigan Master Assessing Officer Designation which is the highest designation awarded by the State as well as the Personal Property Examiner Certificate.  Bill studied labor relations at Eastern Michigan University.

Bill is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officers, Michigan Assessor’s Association, Oakland County Association of Assessing Officers and Macomb Assessor’s Organization
